Who is eligible to apply for AZIO’s Easy Payment Scheme?

[Answer:] A citizen of Malaysia - age 18 and above.

What is the loan amount and duration of loan repayment offered by AZIO?

[Answer:] We offer an easy and flexible payment scheme with loan limit of up to RM10,000 (depending on payroll) with loan period from 3 to 48 months.

Where and how to pay the monthly instalment/repayment?


  1. The Payee's name for instalment payments for ALL banks is "AZIO E-PAY Malaysia Sdn. Bhd."

  2. Payments can be made via

      a) Online and offline facilities provided by various banks. Please click here for more information.

      b) Via Mail Order (MO) or Credit Card (Visa & Master).

    1. Download and print out the form.
    2. Fill in the relevant information.
    3. Fax to 03-90572894 or Email to contact@azioepay.com.
    4. Our customer representative will contact you for verification before getting the approval code within 48 hours.
  3. Direct walk in to our Headquarter.

How to check my Account Status?


  1. Log in to www.azioepay.com

  2. Enter your Easy Payment number and NRIC number at the Customer Log In section. (Note: Your Easy Payment number is stated on your Payment Schedule).

What should I do if I do not have my Easy Payment Number?


  1. Call our Customer Care line at 03-90574559 on Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm).

  2. Submit the request via our enquiry form.

  3. Email us at contact@azioepay.com and we shall revert to you within 2 working days.

How can I change the records of my personal particular such as address, contact number and email address?


  1. Submit the request via our enquiry form.

How soon will my payment be updated via AZIO’s website?

[Answer:] Approximately one week upon receipt of payment.

Will AZIO remind me when my monthly instalment payment is due each month?

[Answer:] A payment reminder will be sent via SMS to all customers with outstanding payment, 2 days prior to the payment due date. The 14 digit reference number will be indicated in the SMS to facilitate efficient ATM/CDM payment at MBB, CIMB or BSN.

[Sample SMS:] “Ur AZIO inst due on XXXXXX,pls pay via MBB/CIMB/BSN ATM/CDM by entering ur ref no. 12345678912345. MoreInfo,call 0390574559 or logon to www.azioepay.com”.

When will late charges be applicable to my account?

[Answer:] Computation of late charges will commence on the next day, after payment due date.

I want to make a payment via MAYBANK or CIMB, but I do not know how to get my 14 digit reference number?

[Answer:] The 14 digit reference number is stated in:-

  1. All letters sent to you – such as Payment Schedule.

  2. SMS reminder sent to you 2 day before any payment due date.

Why didn’t I receive my monthly Statement of Account?

[Answer:] DIn line with our corporate (environmental friendly) policy, printed Statement of Account will only be sent upon request. You can easily view, download and print your statement or payment history online at www.azioepay.com.my using these few simple steps: click here.
